Bylsma Imports Return Policy

 Please also note our returns, warranty, and shipping policies:

  1. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. While we currently do not require an RMA, we do require an email to let us know the details of what is being returned and why including the customers information.
  2. A credit will be issued only if the item is new and in the original packaging. The item will be inspected to ensure that the item does not show any signs of use and or missing parts. Please post this information on your sites accordingly. If the item is considered not re-sellable due to the condition of the packaging, credit will not be issued.
  3. All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee for small ride-on’s, 10% for large ride-on’s. The Gran Tour is a non-returnable item.
  4. Shipping and drop shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  5. Shipping is the responsibility of the dealer. You have the option to provide us with your shipping account information and we can bill that direct. If you choose to use our shipping account, Bylsma Imports inc. is not responsible for shipping damages that may occur. Standard shipping claims only cover up to $100 and do require documentation as well as forfeiture of the damaged item to the shipping company in some cases. If you would like for us to include the additional insurance to cover the entire cost of the product, we will do so at your request and bill you accordingly. Please include a message with your order if you would like to have the shipment insured for full value. Shipping damages are not covered under warranty.
  6. Bylsma Imports inc. is not responsible for packages that the customer has claimed are “missing”. Notice from the shipping carrier that the product has been delivered is considered “proof of delivery” regardless of whether a signature was obtained. In addition, if the package is lost in transit, a claim will need to be submitted and the full cost of the product will not be reimbursed unless the additional insurance was purchased prior to shipment. Please include a message with your order if you would like to have the shipment insured for full value.
  7. Warranties will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for manufacturer defects with a product. Any misuse of the product will not be considered, and the warranty will be voided if the item has been altered in any way. Please send in this information if you have been contacted for warranty reasons.

    For all warranty claims, the following items are required for submission:

      •  copy of the sales receipt showing the item purchased . The sales receipt does require date of purchase
      • A picture/s of the item that is being requested to warranty. The customer may also be required to provide a short video if a picture cannot show the issue, such as a noise etc.
      • A picture of the serial number on the item

Warranties will not be considered until these items have been received by Bylsma Imports Inc.
